1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fanvox ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. User Conduct Rules

All users must comply with our Community Guidelines. No adult or illegal content may be requested or shared. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment, threats, or abusive language
• Hate speech, discrimination, or bullying
• Sexual, explicit, or pornographic content of any kind
• Spam, scams, or off-platform solicitation
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Promotion of violence, illegal activity, or self-harm

4. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for delivering paid content in a timely manner. As a creator, you agree to:

• Connect a Stripe account to receive payments
• Set fair prices for your services
• Fulfill accepted requests within the stated delivery time
• Decline requests you cannot complete rather than leaving fans waiting
• Treat all fans with respect and professionalism
• Deliver content that matches what was reasonably requested

Failure to deliver may result in automatic refunds and account penalties.

5. Fan Responsibilities

Fans agree not to abuse or harass creators. As a fan, you agree to:

• Add a valid payment method before requesting services
• Make respectful and reasonable requests
• Not pressure creators beyond what was agreed upon
• Use purchased content for personal, non-commercial use only
• Not redistribute or publicly share content received from creators
• Never request explicit, illegal, or harmful content

6. Payments via Stripe

All payments are processed securely through Stripe:

• Payment is required before a creator receives your request
• Prices are set by individual creators and clearly displayed
• By using our payment features, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service
• Creator payouts are processed via Stripe Connect

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled as follows:

• Declined Requests: If a creator declines your request, you will not be charged
• Unfulfilled Requests: Automatic refund if not delivered within 30 days
• Platform Errors: Full refund for technical issues preventing delivery
• Quality Issues: Refunds reviewed on a case-by-case basis

No refunds after delivery: Once content has been delivered and viewed, refunds are not available unless there is a clear violation of terms or a platform error.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

Admins may remove users or content that violates these terms. Fanvox reserves the right to:

• Review, moderate, or remove any content that violates our guidelines
• Issue warnings for minor violations
• Suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations
• Permanently ban users for severe violations
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities

User reports are reviewed within 48 hours.

9. Content Rights

Regarding content on Fanvox:

• Creators retain ownership of content they create
• Fans receive a personal, non-transferable license to view purchased content
• By using Fanvox, you grant us a license to display, store, and distribute content for platform operation
• Commercial redistribution of content is prohibited

10. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Age verification failure
• Any other reason we deem necessary for platform safety

Users may also close their accounts at any time through account settings.

11. 18+ Age Policy

Fanvox is strictly an adult platform (18+). By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. Violations of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

Fanvox provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Content quality or interactions between users
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Disputes between fans and influencers

13. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of Fanvox after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
